Those of you that jump into this lifestyle cold-turkey…I salute you! I don’t know I could have done that.
I avoided “keto flu” like the plague, only because of the timing of all my steps. Honestly, I believe in God’s perfect timing. I am still amazed by the fact that the day I discovered Keto and Intermittent Fasting is THE day I gave up bread, potato, and pasta. I WAS READY!
Anyhow–here’s a ten-minute summary of how I got started. Bonus story included about mountains. And JOY, of course.
