I resolved my microphone issues and return today with another weekly episode of “Five on Fridays”. The microphone issues was a silly technical hitch–one of these days I’ll be an expert at technology! Ha.
Anyhow, after posting this before and after photo in a Fung following fasting Facebook group, I received a lot of questions on how I found success and what fasting protocols I used to get there. Thus, this video topic today!
If you know my story, you know I just stumbled on the work of Jason Fung, MD on the Diet Doctor website through a random google search. I didn’t PLAN to immediately implement fasting into my life, but what a miracle, it worked for me!
