I recently shared this transformation photo on one of Dr. Fung’s fasting Facebook groups. Dr. Fung then turned around and shared it on his Instagram page! Mind-blown.
Welcome to all my new FBFs! Those of you new to my page – I call you all FBFs. My fat burning friends! Thank you for showing up. I truly appreciate your support.
Side note: I am so extremely humbled that my story of healing can be used to help Dr. Fung prove his work with organizations like the ADA. American Diabetes Association, hello are you paying attention?!?

Anyhow, in the Facebook post, I got a lot of the same questions from the hundreds of comments. I realized that I DO have FIVE “Hard and Fast Rules” for my journey. So HOW did I do this? And WHAT are my rules?
Forgive me, friends, I do have to use a little “tough love” with you! But I guarantee you it will give you results and you’ll thank me later. Comment below if you needed the “tough love”.
Please WATCH. Like. Comment. and SHARE! I’d be forever grateful for your support. Perhaps one of my rules will spark a journey for YOU or someone you love. Blessings and JOY!
Just found you! I need help sooo bad. I am a veteran and disabled. I am walked g some people n a swimming pool and use a Fitbit. My daily goal for walking is 600 steps. I am in a wheelchair a lot of the time so I am super excited about 600 steps. I log my food on the Fitbit but not controlling the food. I am going excited about this new info. Thanks for sharing

Hi! I just read about you in Women’s Day Little Book of Keto. I’m am so much like you were….insulin resistant, health issues due to too much sugar, etc. I’ve been dieting for 50 years, 67 years old now, and am at my highest weight ever. Seems I did something wrong! I started the Keto plan yesterday and would like to ask for prayer for strength, focus and confidence in myself. I want to choose joy, but I’m exhausted. Thank you for sharing your story and for willingly putting yourself out there to help others.
Hi Lynn! What a delight to hear from you. Thank you for taking the time to write. OH boy can I relate to decades of dieting. I am so glad you found keto, because it is no longer going to be about a “diet” but rather, a sustainable way of life!
I never chose joy when I was chronically exhausted, I get what you’re saying. I will definitely be praying for you.
