I made it over two years through perimenopause! And depending on the definition I find on-line, I’m either menopausal or post-menopausal. But whatever! The past two years have given me some hot flashes (phew), but otherwise these two years have been like a cool breeze…haha!
[Pause for GUYS! Don’t run away. Go grab your gals and tell them I said their is hope! Yes, they can lose weight during these crazy years.]
Why two years? Well, I was so close to the magical “12 months without a cycle” and them BAM! A month before I could claim that milestone – my female hormones said “think again”. So I started the “12 month” counter again and here I am! 12 months and 5 days to be exact.
In this video, I’m sharing my story. Really, when I think about it, I can thank my pain in the butt female hormones for my entire healing journey. Thank the GOOD LORD He gave me painful problems prompting me to research!
