Helloooo! I’m back with a short blog post to ask you – how can I be truly helpful to YOUR Keto or low carb/healthy fats journey to health?
First, let me start by saying that I am happy to be back to blogging, but I’m sad about how long it has taken me to get there. When I arrived home at 1am last Monday morning, I had to get up for work in a short five hours. Jet lag coming back west from Ireland kicked my butt. By Friday of my first week back I had to take the day off work to recover. I am just now starting to feel like I am back into some kind of regular routine. With all my normal Keto energy – I am truly surprised how long it took to get over the jet lag. I have so many ideas and plans for this blog -it’s driving me crazy that I haven’t been able to get to it sooner. Hopefully some of you are still sticking around! Hah!
For this evening, I’m going to keep this post short and sweet. I would love some ideas from you in answer to my question above. How can I be truly helpful to YOU and your journey to health? I am sincerely interested in hearing from you. What are your needs? What are your struggles? What would help YOU?
Please comment below. If you want to send me a private message, you can do that on my contact page. The comment will go directly to my email. I have responded to everyone that has emailed me so far! I’d love to hear from you. #ChooseJoy
