Strangely this Covid quarantine, working at home thing has been a salvation for me. I find that being pretty much trapped in the house, I can control my environment. I’m able to cook easily since I am here all day. I am able to easily stick to my 2 keto meal routine. So yes, routine is pivotal in keeping me on track. Hopefully when things do return to “normal”, this routine will be such second nature that I won’t skip a beat!

Hi Margie!
Overall the Covid crisis has been a blessings. No commuting and having my husband home all the time sure does help out with my time restrictions. I’ve written a lot and made great progress in my book.
And yes the control of the kitchen is great. I never really ate away from home that much, so not really a huge shift…but now I’m even more particular. I will say that being home all day and within walking distance of the kitchen causes some self-talk on certain (stressful) days! LOL
I am confident you’ve established a great routine and will have much success! Thanks for commenting.
Blessings and JOY,
Christine

Yes, routine helps! The problem is that my nutritionist says I should only repeat foods every 4 days in order to get the proper micronutrients. This is hard because of fasting and limited food choices in general. I’m the kind of person who cooks once and then eats it all week:(

Hi Katrina,
Personally, I think if you “feel” okay eating the same thing all week – so be it. Then just switch it up the following week 🙂 Then again, you know I can be a bit of a rebel. LOL!
