I just subscribed to your blogs and I appreciate that the first one I watched about maintenance and menopause is so honest. I too needed a jumpstart this month and starting today I’m implementing the five verbs you discussed. I look forward to more videos!

Hello Christine, I started a Keto diet 6 weeks ago and have lost about 20lbs. My problem is I still have trouble with fatigue and just feel tired all the time. I turn 65 in January and would love to finally live my best life. What can I do to boost my energy or what am I doing wrong. I would like to try the IF but am afraid because I’m diabetic. My numbers are good so I know Keto is working. Thanks for your advice.

Hi Maureen!
Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment. My first thought is you might be dehydrated, or low on essential electrolytes. Here’s a quick search I did on DietDoctor.com for you. I hope this gives you something to try: https://www.dietdoctor.com/youre-fatigued-hungry-low-carb
Let me know if that helps!
