Hello my fat-burning friends!
I have a very short, but important question for you today!
Have you set GOALS?
More specifically have you set goals for your physical, spiritual, and emotional health?
I am a huge advocate for setting goals and making plans to achieve those goals. It was a major driver for my success during the weight loss portion of my journey.
I’m here to encourage you right now to set goals. Stop what you’re doing and use my little worksheet I’ve designed to list your goals.
They can be BIG goals:
- My goal weight is 129 lbs.
- My HbA1C will be in normal range for 30 days straight (and forever!)
- I will have quiet time every morning 7 days a week
They can be LITTLE goals:
- I will only use 1 TBSP of heavy whipping cream in my coffee
- I will walk a mile 2 days a week this week
- I will plan my menu the day before
I’m telling you – when you set goals you have a focus. When you are focused you will achieve your goals – little by little – it motivates you in your journey to succeed to drastically improve your health!
To see the results of my goal setting, subscribe to my email list and you will get access to my goals worksheet. I’ve outlined my TOP 10 PHYSICAL health outcomes, and my TOP 10 SPIRITUAL and EMOTIONAL health outcomes to help encourage you. Then I included a page for you to list your goals. Post it somewhere that you can see it every day. I’m so excited for the joy you are going to realize as you achieve your goals as you improve your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Enjoy the journey!

(Disclaimer: I am not a health care professional. I am writing about my personal experiences to encourage others to research a low-carb lifestyle. You should always work closely with a health care professional to manage your health. I work with three MDs to manage my health: functional medicine, cardiology, and sleep/pulmonology. They treat my metabolic dysfunctions along with monitoring my important blood markers routinely. Keto or LCHF may not be an appropriate way of eating for your metabolic health or other health needs. Please check with your personal health care professional before making any changes in your diet.)
